Executive Administrative Asst

CSG International is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant for the office of the President of Government Solutions located in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. The ideal candidate will be expected to work under general supervision while exercising independent judgment.
 
You will be responsible for:
   ·  Assist with operational aspects of North American Region by appropriately handling difficult issues that require discretion and independent judgment regarding matters of significance, in the absence of the executive/department head.
   ·  Ensures that significant confidential information such as strategic plans, financial information, salaries, executive meeting information and the execution of contracts is retained within the confines established by the executive/department head.
   ·  Assist with special projects as directed through research, data collection and follow-up to ensure completion by established deadlines.
   ·  Responsible for providing prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers. Prioritizes and addresses customer needs and demands in a professional manner, providing follow-up and developing cooperative relationships.
   ·  Work closely with senior management, tracking branch headcount and monitoring production, running reports as needed.
   ·  Calendaring.
   ·  Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned.

Qualifications
 
BA/BS degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration or related field preferred, some college level courses required.
Requires 5-7 years of experience supporting executive level management.  
Action Oriented - - pursues work with energy, drive and a strong accomplishment.
Strong oral and written communication skills and proper telephone etiquette.
Exemplary organization skills.
Strong multi-tasking capabilities and time management skills.
Knowledge of General Business Operations.
Advanced knowledge of business software (accounting, email, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation programs, contact management
Complete understanding of the need for confidentiality of company and customer information.
Notary Public is a plus.
