Account Manager II

Description

Key Areas of Responsibility:
 

    * Manage assigned client relationships through consultative proactive feedback to clients and internal departments including ways to improve client programs/initiatives, scripting, call flows, communication approach, enhancements, etc.
    * Ability to successfully coordinate and communicate expectations, follow up on the progress of critical components of all clients, hold ancillary departments accountable for their performance, timelines, involvement and leadership.
    * Document, host and present client weekly and quarterly Business Reviews including meeting agendas and follow-up.
    * Continually review and make recommendations for additional service offerings and process improvements to enhance CSG business revenue and our client’s suite of services.
    * Provide, maintain and be knowledgeable of client forecasts and budgeting plans to participate in business planning events and internal forecasting for resource needs across all departments as well facility needs.
    * Create and/or approve client project work plans, agreements, scripts, call flows, design, and coordinate client approval.
    * Work in a proactive manner aimed at providing client’s marketing plans & program goals with the greatest amount of value added services.
    * Collaborate with operations to ensure that all components of a project/service are tested and verified.

Qualifications
 
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
 

    * Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent work experience
    * At least 3 years of project management experience
    * A minimum of 3 years client relationship management experience
    * Working knowledge of MSO billing systems
    * Working knowledge of call center operations, telephony, ACD and Dialer
    * Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.
    * Excellent  written and verbal communication skills
    * Excellent customer facing and organizational skills, strong leadership skills
    * Ability to travel 5-10%
