- Process the day to day Purchase Order for purchases for site and stock item and Works Order for services required by operations.
- Manage all the documentations for Asset purchase and Asset Disposal.
- Source and engaged vendors for rental equipment and arrangement.
- Monitor and update of Equipment Rental Report.
- Prepare Fleet Card Report Expenses.
- Manage and update report on equipment and vehicle upkeep, maintenance, services, fines, repair, insurance claims, etc.
- Shipment documentation and arrangement for both inward and outward.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or Purchasing/Logistic Management.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Purchasing in Construction Industry.
- Able to use MS. Words/Excel and Order Processing System.
