HR Manager

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Staffing

  • To hire managerial staff which forms the bench strength of the organization
  • To conduct exit interviews & analyse reasons
  • To develop & enhance processes/policy for recruitment
  • Liaise with operational departments in the fulfilment of their staffing requirements
  • Recommend commencing salary of new hires, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Track and analyse Recruitment turnaround time
Compensation & Benefits
  • To conduct salary benchmarking & benefits analysis exercise for internal & external equity purpose
  • To perform job analysis & evaluation for each job position
  • To review benefits program through benefits analysis
  • To oversee monthly payroll, including overtime & regular
  • To liaise with payroll & TMS vendor on payroll, time attendance & leave management system
  • To support the preparation of periodical reports on headcount, overtime & staff costing for financial reporting & management review
  • To support annual compensation review exercise
Performance Management

•  To follow up on annual performance appraisal

•  To conduct counseling or disciplinary actions with BU Heads
 
Learning & Development

•  To identify training needs for all levels of employees

•  To source for & assess core learning & development programs
  • To analyse training evaluation & assess improvements for future programs
  • To support new employee orientation program
Budget & Reporting
  • Annual budget report
  • To provide periodical reports to statutory boards as required
Employee Relations
  • To promote company culture by conducting various communication programs
Policy Review/Development
  • To review/enhance various HR policies in consideration of employee & company’s interest
  • Review existing workflow programs to improve work efficiency
Payroll

•  Payroll for 150 headcounts in manual

Job Requirement
 

•  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in HR Management or related field experience

•  Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in senior executive as a generalist.

•  Experience in construction industry preferred

•  Strong Organizational, Perseverance and Team Building Skills

•  Possess strong leadership skills with good analytical and problem solving ability

•  Highly motivated self-starter and must be a team work player

•  Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
          (To liaise with internal & external parties)
