Quality Assurance Analyst

The right candidate will provide quality assurance and project management support to a $10M project to provide application support for a large Federal Agency. The support will involve establishing and monitoring processes compliant with CMMi Level 5 and ITIL. Performing audits of work products as well as supporting continuous process improvement for the Program. Individual will be responsible for performing technical writing as well as supporting the project manager in monitoring risks, schedule, staffing, and other critical project areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Quality assurance
- Project management support
- Risks and Issues management

Required Skills:
- Experience with CMMi and/or ITIL
- 2-5 years of project support experience
- Bachelors Degree

Desired Skills:
- Experience in Military Health Services/DOD environment
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Certified Project Management Professional
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
