Senior Project Manager - Electrical

Job Description B.E Electrical with 15-18 years in Projects responsible for Electrical Works of which 3 years as a Project Manger for a Project of 50 cr + value Experience in High Rise Buildings is a must ( 50 floors +) with associated substation equipments , Switchgears , Bus Ducts, Lighting, Earthing , Cabling and Cable Supporting Systems, Lightning etc systems.Well versed with Contract Management , Claim Management, Project Scheduling , Review and Corrective action. Familiar with all aspects of Project Co-ordination of Engineering , Procurement , Testing and Commissioning and Handing Over. Needs to interact with Clients , Consultants, Contractors and Sub Contractors externally and with Procurement , Commercial and HR Teams internally.
