Human Resources Executive

Working Location : North Area Working Days : 5 days job Process Employee Requisition Forms submitted by various Department Manager and plan for recruitment exercise. Prepare recruitment advertisement text and liaise with advertising agent. Screen through all job application letters and select suitable candidates for first interview. Conduct recruitment interview and shortlist best suited candidates for second interview by the Department Manager concerned. Convey the outcome of the recruitment interview to the candidates concerned. Conduct orientation program for new employees who are at Non-Executive level. Prepare and issue employee’s badge and access card to new employees. Update employees’ daily attendance records, overtime work and monthly employees’ listing. Issue medical chits to employees who are visiting company’s appointed doctors. Administer security services contract, cleaning services contract, gardening services contract, rubbish disposal services contract, beverages vending machine contract, pest control services contract, goods hose lift contract and office equipment services contract. Liaise with SECOM on matters relating to the security alarm system and prepare monthly duty roster for the arming and disarming of security alarm system. Assist in making air ticket booking, hotel room booking and arrange pick services for our staff and visitors. Assist in travel visa application and purchase of travel insurance for those staff that are going on business trip. Coordinates yearly Employees’ Training Plan and administer the registration of external training courses and SDF/SPUR/WQS claims. Follow up with the employees on training evaluation and Department Managers on training effectiveness. Follow up with the Department Managers on employees’ On-The-Job training program and record. Arrange for application, collection, renewal or cancellation of foreign employees’ or trainees’EmploymentPass, S Pass, Work Permit or Training passes. Control and process the ordering of stationery items requested by various departments. Control the issue of uniforms, canvas shoes, safety boots, cap and replenish the stock whenever it is necessary. Control and manage the company’s car park in order to ensure that all users parked their cars, motorcycles or bicycles within the designated care park lots. Requirements : Min a Diploma in Human Resources Management and above Preferably with experience in HR functions Minimum 2 years of experience in HR environment Only Singaporeans or SPRs need to apply
