Identity Management 2nd Line Application Support L

DDepartment Overview: Global Information Security (GIS) engages in a range of activities to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the firm's information assets and to assist Information Technology to deliver secure solutions to our internal businesses. The team provides global support to the systems, applications and toolsets managed within the remit of GIS Access & Identity Management. Main Function: As a member of a team of 30, provide 24x7 global technical support activities for the Banks Access & Identity Management systems, on a rotational shift basis. Ensure support issues, incidents and problems are managed in a timely and efficient manner Coordination with various support, business and development teams in ensuring requirements are scoped correctly for the continuous improvement plan Implementation of change, release and production support approvals. Customer-focused on strong service delivery Main Duties: Incident, Problem and Change management Ensuring issues are managed within agreed SLA/SLT Manage email, Hotline queries and ticketing systems Support and management of system outages via the published major incident management process Perform post-release start-of-day checks as appropriate Liaison across business and users to resolve users support issues Efficient implementation of identity management privileged access provisioning Perform trending & root cause analysis of issues (management information) Compliance to audit, regulatory and GIS Standards requirements risk aware and focused Knowledge base maintenance System stability monitoring Application & server restarts Support of system outages, fixes and enhancements Problem escalation and ownership to resolution from customers Change and Release Management Compliance to audit, regulatory and Global Information Security standards Process and Procedure knowledge base maintenance Desired Profile Experience and Aptitude required: This role would suit individuals with minimum 5 years of experience in IT and or Security with at least 3 years experience in providing 2nd line support activities Experience with ITIL concept and best practices Good understanding of Identity Management solution Experience in working with Business and IT users across different levels to gather requirements for support or implementation Strong analytic, incident management and problem management skill set Good understanding of Information Security standards Ability to work as a team player as well as independently Fast learner, adaptable to changes and high attention to details Ability to work under pressure Take ownership of issues to resolution Embrace cultural diversity Team Leader requirements Experience in Management reporting Team managing experience of staff of 5-10 Manage project and operational activities Provide regular status updates to management on the state of the current operational environment Be adept in performance monitoring/measurement and have the ability to formulate remedial actions to ensure optimum performance of the staff and processes.
