Call Center Manager
- Supervise Call Center operations daily to ensure procedures are followed and call flow is handled efficiently
- Conduct training for new Call Center agents
- Hold regular meetings to keep Call Center agents abreast of procedures and conduct team building exercises
- Interacting with customers by phone, handling escalated customer calls
- Efficiently process customer transactions and request for account maintenance
- Assist customers with online banking products and services
- Promote bank products and services when assisting customers
- Other duties as assigned
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 3 - 5 years previous supervisory experience
- Daily attendance and punctuality are critical
- Flexibility in work schedule - Call Center hours are Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday noon to 10 p.m.; normal hours for this position are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday
- Provide extraordinary customer service
- Have the ability to lead a team by example and guidance
- Proficient computer skills including data entry
- Be able to handle customer questions and concerns with efficiency and diplomacy
- Work well under stress and deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Understanding of BancFirst products, services and procedures, as well as, federal guidelines regarding bank regulations
- Available to work additional hours as needed
