This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates. We offer an exciting role in a fast growing business focused on providing a high quality, outsourcing offering across a diverse range of business verticals globally for a Fortune 100 software company. We are looking for an individual ideally with relevant Customer Service experience to manage the day to day operational tasks within the team you are assigned to. Responsibilities: Perform the role of a Gatekeeper and follow up on operational inquiries Support the order management such as order related enquiry management, order processing and invoicing, return & crediting Deliver and to ensure end-to-end processing within prescribed service levels in support of External/Internal customers. Involved in suggesting improvements to process flows and continuously increase process effectiveness. Review support systems requirements to meet process objectives Review change or enhancement requests for business justification Manage monthly work schedule, exception requests and escalations Mentor internal operational staff if necessary Prepare and drive key performance metrics and reports for the group and manage monthly reporting and communication to team and management Communication (E-mail, Chat and Phone) with Subsidiaries, Partners, Finance & Accounting, Regional and WW HQs, Operational teams and business groups Requirements: Diploma / Degree in any discipline Strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in business writing in English & Chinese is a must Willing to work extended shifts during seasonal/cyclical peaks Initiative & drive, must possess strong desire for continuously improve, processes & deliver against agreed objectives Ability to work under pressure and deliver to continual deadline constraints is essential Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the organization is essential
