Customer Service Officer (IT Helpdesk Level 2)

Your role: 

  • To provide 2nd level IT helpdesk support through phone and emails
  • To do follow-up calls or emails on pending cases
Working hours:  9am – 6.30pm (Mon to Fri) 
 

If you meet the following requirements:
  • 1+ years technical support/troubleshooting experience within the computer industry
  • 1+ years LAN and WAN networks experience
  • Thorough understanding of IP networking
  • Computer networking background and troubleshooting experience
  • Linux (CLI), Microsoft, and Apple, and operating system knowledge and troubleshooting experience
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin Languages
  • Proven technical aptitude
  • Proven customer service aptitude
  • Strong deductive logic, decision making & analytical skills
  • Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal & communications skills
  •  Professional written & oral communication skills  
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+
  • Experience or knowledge of RAID
  • NAS administration and support-Supported NAS devices of some kind
  • Singaporean, SPR or Malaysian,
  • (Fresh school leavers/ ORD personnels are welcome)
