Customer Service Officer (IT Helpdesk - 24 by 7)

Duties:

  • To manage a team of Customer Service Officers (CSOs)
  • To manage and motivate team to ensure that the service level KPIs are met consistently
  • To monitor staff performance to ensure quality and compliance
  • To coach and counsel CSOs where necessary to improve performance
  • To ensure that the campaign requirements are executed timely according to plan
  • To ensure that follow–up actions are in place to address any gaps in staff competency and weaknesses
  • To ensure that any exceptional customer issues are handled and resolved timely
Requirements:  
  • GCE 'N' level and above
  • Singaporeans, SPRs and Malaysians Only may apply
  • Preferably good Mandarin Speaking
  • Having Level 1 IT knowledge
  • Experiences in call centre is an added advantage
  • Willing to work shift work (4 working days and 3 days off)
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Positive and able to drive team to achieve targets
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and Solid computer literacy
  • Exceptional customer service skills and Diplomacy
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
