Customer Relations & Admin Executive

Responsibility Customer Relationship Management Managing Incoming Calls from the general hotline. Responding to customer's Inquires, Feedbacks and Complaints received through Phone calls, Web-inquiries and/or Write-in by working with respective Head of Department. Exploring Corporate Sales Opportunities. Managing Customers' Database - Consolidate, Organize and Update Client's and Members' information into Customers' Database. Handle general administrative work as assigned by Head of Admin & Operations. Training Plan, develop and coordinate training as and when assigned by the management for all level of staffs. Qualification Diploma / Degree holders in related discipline OR 2 years' experiences in handling customer service Possess excellent command of written and spoken English Possess positive attitude, initiative, resilience and a passion for excellence Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills Effective team player
