ERC Specialist Data Management

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our new Employee Resources team located in Hyderabad. The Employee Resource Center (ERC) Specialist in Hyderabad will work closely with the ERC team in the US to provide a variety of HR services to North American Employees. We have an immediate need for dedicated professionals to join our ERC. Responsibilities: People Soft (HRMS)data management and support HR processes for North America regions Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, job transfer, payroll deductions, etc. Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance. Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times for HRS processes Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applying KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times Track ,measure and report Service Level Commitment(SLC) metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas Build process maturity and provide value add to the customers through productivity and cost gains Baseline Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile is preferred Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with larger NA ERC team and Site HR at all levels Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills Strong decision making and problem solving skills Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment Agility to change in a fast growing environment Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Visio Application of Phone and email etiquettes in customer interactions Shift Timings India day time (Stretch during peak period) Job Role HR Operations Employment Status and Type Full time Employee Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area: HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR Role Category: HR/ Recruitment / IR Role: HR Executive Education: (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Please refer to the Job description above
