Job Description: Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards. Maintains employee files and personnel records, processes change-of-status forms, compiles personnel statistics and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong judgment and instincts. Knows when to escalate Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment Project management skills, may lead small scale projects Able to self-audit for a very high level of accuracy Ability to pull metrics for processes such as headcount, attrition, transfers, data changes and so on Addresses a variety of problems, questions, or situations. Takes into consideration established knowledge, process and policies to determine outcome Regularly identify, discuss and bring forward issues or ideas to more senior team members. Expected to provide solution based on root cause analysis. Uses professional skills to identify problems and initiate solutions. Consults with manager to identify next steps based on scope of impact Identifies need Creates and distributes standard communications. Maintains departmental content in all channels Responds to escalations, providing root cause analysis and recommendations. May require guidance from lead or manager Participates in cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Performs project tasks as directed Documents business requirements for system enhancements or changes Administrative support of activities for which we leverage the vendor Interacts with Insurance brokers / TPAs, contractual agencies, statutory vendors, payroll vendor Point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for Employee Resource Center (ERC) Responsible for completion of new hire / joining formalities for the employees Provides inputs for payroll processing of the employees Involved in various audits related to employment data Basic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or related field (Preferred MBA in HR) 4 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, including payroll and handling of employee data Knowledge of MS Excel (strong in vlookup, pivots and so on) Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry: Internet / Ecommerce Functional Area: HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR Role Category: Other Role: Other
