Rewards & Sourcing Executive
Responsibilities
Day to day management of retailers/suppliers operations
- Managing retailer/supplier WIP and deliverables
- Development of retailers/suppliers performance reporting
- Managing out-of-stock/discontinuation of products
- Management of replacement reward offers from retailers/suppliers
- Work with both internal and external clients in all reward related matters
- On-going management and evaluation of retailers/suppliers performance
- Search for new rewards vendors/partners/manufacturer via internet, magazine, referrals, newspapers, etc
- Conduct market research on new products in the markets
- Recommend reward offers (new and existing partners)
- Review performance of participating reward offers
- 1-2 years related retail experience preferred
- Good English verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented
- Computer literate with ability to learn client-specific systems
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Understanding of contact centre technology tools
- Good typing/keyboard skills
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to multi-task
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments with an approachable manner
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure with a high level of judgement
