Senior HR Executive

Responsibilities: Performs full spectrum Human Resources duties at the professional level and carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas (manpower planning, benefits administration, assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, employee and labor relations). This position is also responsible for overseeing general admin and facilities management duties. Human Resources Responsible for the recruitment and new hire orientation for all onshore personnel. Assist Offshore Personnel Manager on offshore personnel matters such as preparation of employment letters, salary changes, termination, promotion and any other personnel issues. Responsible for the administration of foreign work passes, mainly Employment Pass. Partners with employees and management to develop and recommend new policies and procedures for improvement, to review handbook, to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations and advise management on HR laws and regulations. Responds to employee relation issues such as employee grievances, harassment allegations, disciplinary matters etc. Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. Maintenance of personnel records in the Oracle system – HR module. Assist with relocation of Expatriates. Responsible for monthly headcount reports submission, leave schedule maintenance and other reports as required. Assist in the annual budget (overhead and salaries), bonus and increment exercises. Performs benefits administration to include claims administration for medical insurance and worker’s compensation, and communicating benefit information to employees. Conduct annual renewal of benefits and review insurance costs. Conduct annual performance appraisal exercise. Submission of training grants, childcare leave and maternity leave reimbursements. In charge of rolling out annual training initiatives for onshore employees. Office Management Oversee the Receptionist/Admin Assistant and provide back-up as and when required. Monitor and renewal of all tendencies, agreements and contracts with vendors and landlord. Overall in charge of office and staff house facilities and maintenance to ensure a clean and conducive environment. Organize events for staff as and when assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field 5 years of HR & Admin experience Oracle experience is an added advantage Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word required with the ability to maintain confidentiality Good understanding of MOM guidelines, Singapore Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act Pleasant, resourceful, proactive with the ability to multitask Effective oral and written communication skill Excellent interpersonal skills Singaporean and SPR preferred 5 Days work week Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
