Accounts Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Answering of phone calls
  • Handling accounts receivable, accounts payable. Ensure payments and receivables are accurate and on time.
  • Perform invoicing and monthly statement of accounts, handling journals
  • Ensuring all necessary communication, recording and filing are done according to internal accounting procedure
Others:
  • Growth and bonus package
  • Month AWS for the year
  • Company-wide bonus: Employees will be awarded with pre-defined bonus if company has achieved its sales target for the year.
  • Also, additional bonus, to be decided by management, will be given to employees with good working attitude and performance.
