Customer Support Manager
The Customer Support Manager will oversee service operations, including the success and profitability of servicing resellers, for Personal and Professional Printers (PPP) in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The position will ensure that all customer and reseller technical support requests, (email, phone and onsite) are resolved quickly and effectively with high levels of customer satisfaction. The position will manage the PPP EMEA team of Customer Support Engineers and Technical Support Engineers. This position will be remote and will require up to 75% travel.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Manage the team of PPP Customer Support Engineers and Technical Support Engineers in Europe, Middle East and Africa to deliver world class support to all customers
* Drive customer productivity and adoption of 3D Systems technology
* Responsible for reseller service technician training, reseller service and 3D Systems post sales success, and customer productivity
