Sakae Sushi, Sakae’s flagship brand, is a quick service kaiten (conveyor belt) sushi concept. On January 17, 2011, it acquired 24.69% interest in Griffin Real Estate Holdings Pte Ltd (GREIH) and 20% interest in Gryphon Capital Management Pte Ltd. In April 2012, its wholly owned subsidiary, Apex-Pal Investment Pte. Ltd., incorporated Oishi Sushi Pte. Ltd. (Oishi Sushi) and Sakae Sushi (J8) Pte. Ltd. (Sakae Sushi (J8)).
